  ...it started out with some local luminary, while we were vamping "Black Page", giving Frank some kind of plexiglass-looking award thing, and dubbing him the honorary Secretary of State of Ohio, and the audience went entirely nuts.

  Could this have been the inspiration for the Emperor Of Ohio? I realize the track was recorded back in '80, but he had until '92 to name it.
